Proceedings of the IWASCL-2013 workshop will be included in the Conference INCoS-2013 volume, to be published by IEEE Computer Society Press.

Workshop organizers will explore the possibility of editing a volume (published by Springer) on the issues of the workshop. In such a case, authors of workshop selected papers will be invited to submit an extended and updated version of their work for inclusion in the volume after peer review.
